At the Upper Albany Development Inc. (UADI) meeting on June 12, 2019, Rohan Freeman, Founder & President of 7-Summits Construction presented a design concept for the corner of Albany Avenue and Woodland Street (Town Center). On April 18, 2019, 7-Summits Realty, LLC was awarded a contract in response to RFP #5904.
The development plan includes 50 units (studios, 1 and 2 bedrooms), 20,000 sqft of office area, retail and office space, and 170 parking spaces (including a newly developed lot on Woodland Street). The concept is pedestrian friendly, visually attractive, and includes ground-level commercial space for a bank, destination restaurant, post office, and more.
