Hartford: 2010

The MetroHartford Alliance proposes to support the City of Hartford’s Department of Development Services Division of Planning by developing, with the City, Hartford 2010: A Vision and Action Strategy. The Framework will build on the considerable accomplishments of the past five years and be designed specifically to attract additional private investment in the City through a series of targeted capital investments by using a strategic partnership with UAMS in the development of Hartford 2010.  For more information regarding the Hartford:2010 project visit HartfordInfo.org.

GIS Database

Upper Albany Main Street has developed a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Database to facilitate large-scale economic development in the Upper Albany commercial district. The GIS system is a powerful collection of interactive maps and information designed to efficiently capture, store, update, manipulate, analyze, and display all forms of geographically referenced information in the Upper Albany district. Currently, the searchable GIS Database can provide custom reporting information that may assist in the development of a comprehensive market analysis and influence redevelopment plans in Upper Albany. Upper Albany Main Street is currently working on making this information accessible online.
