Job Description

The Business Relations Analyst, an in-office position for 20 hours per week at Upper Albany Main Street, is responsible for maintaining and verifying business owner information within the in-house Bitrix24 CRM platform. This involves ensuring the accuracy of pre-populated data, including contact details, addresses, business start dates, industry classifications, number of employees, and other relevant analytics information. The analyst will create and manage their own schedule to meet with business owners in the office who are interested in joining the Upper Albany Merchants Association or the Digital Literacy Training Program. Additional duties include managing and responding to inquiry emails from business owners expressing interest in Upper Albany Main Street programs. The role requires accurately documenting and logging call information, meeting times, and special requests in the CRM platform. The Business Relations Analyst should possess strong analytical skills to draw conclusions from business data and support grant reporting purposes.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Maintain and Verify CRM Data:Ensure the accuracy of pre-populated business owner information in the Bitrix24 CRM platform, including contact details, addresses, business start dates, industry classifications, and number of employees.

  2. Schedule and Conduct Meetings:Create and manage a personal schedule to meet with business owners in the Upper Albany Main Street office regarding membership in the Upper Albany Merchants Association or Digital Literacy Training Program.

  3. Manage Inquiry Emails:Respond to emails from business owners expressing interest in Upper Albany Main Street programs promptly and professionally.

  4. Document Call and Meeting Information:Accurately log call details, meeting times, and any special business owner requests in the CRM platform.

  5. Engage in Business Outreach:Proactively connect with potential business owners to encourage participation in community programs.

  6. Data Analysis for Reporting:Analyze business owner data to draw conclusions and provide insights for grant reporting purposes.

  7. Ensure Data Integrity:Regularly review and update business information to maintain accurate and current records within the CRM system.

  8. Support Program Growth:Assist in identifying trends and opportunities to enhance engagement in Upper Albany Main Street initiatives.

  9. Maintain Professional Communications:Interact with business owners in a professional manner during meetings, calls, and email correspondence.

  10. Assist with Administrative Tasks:Support general administrative duties related to business outreach and CRM data management.

 

Essential Required Skills

  • Experience with CRM Platforms:Proficiency in using CRM software (Bitrix24 experience preferred) to manage and verify business data.

  • Data Management Skills:Ability to accurately update and maintain detailed business records, including contact information, addresses, and business-specific details.

  • Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for communication and reporting tasks.
