The Business Relations Analyst, an in-office position for 20 hours per week at Upper Albany Main Street, is responsible for maintaining and verifying business owner information within the in-house Bitrix24 CRM platform. This involves ensuring the accuracy of pre-populated data, including contact details, addresses, business start dates, industry classifications, number of employees, and other relevant analytics information. The analyst will create and manage their own schedule to meet with business owners in the office who are interested in joining the Upper Albany Merchants Association or the Digital Literacy Training Program. Additional duties include managing and responding to inquiry emails from business owners expressing interest in Upper Albany Main Street programs. The role requires accurately documenting and logging call information, meeting times, and special requests in the CRM platform. The Business Relations Analyst should possess strong analytical skills to draw conclusions from business data and support grant reporting purposes.
