Strategic Priorities
1) Develop an Avenue Master Plan: Develop holistic strategies to influence business mix/development, to be a neighborhood economic development connector and to build on existing strengths.
2) Position for Uniqueness: Position the Avenue as a destination for arts, education and entertainment; Position the organization as Upper Albany’s Mall Manager.
3) Assure Sustainability: Build on UAMS’s track record of impact to maintain funding, to develop a policy board and to assure leadership succession planning. |
