Upper Albany Main Street is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates under a fiscal sponsorship agreement with the University of Hartford. The broad representation of the Upper Albany Main Street Board of Directors provides a forum for assessing problems, developing initiatives and implementing strategies in a coordinated approach to revitalize the Upper Albany commercial district.
