On November 10, 2016, Upper Albany Main Street held its monthly Design Committee meeting.  In attendance was Scott Bushee, Connecticut Department of Transportation (DOT) Engineer who spoke to merchants and members of the Hartford neighborhood regarding updates on the Route 44 Safety Improvement Program.  In addition, Ellsworth Cross, Upper Albany Commercial Facade Improvement Program (CFIP) Consultant and Marilyn Risi, Executive Director of Upper Albany Main Street spoke about program updates, the first 10 model properties and updated the merchants on the timeline of the project.  For more information on either the Route 44 Safety Improvement Program of the Commercial Facade Improvement Program, please contact Upper Albany Main Street at (860) 768-5747.
