Upper Albany Main Street is proud to present April 27th’s MBI Class speakers Bernard Sweeney, District Director of the Connecticut Small Business Administration (SBA), and Julio Casiano, Business Development Specialist at the SBA. Bernard and Julio offered an expansive understanding of business planning and critical resources for our students to use to develop accurate projections to accompany their business plans.
