1. Do you know your product knowledge?
2. Do you know the key features of the product?
3. Do you know the benefit to the customer of each key
feature?

4. Do you know where every product is in the store?

5. Do you know what’s out of stock? New?
6. Do you know what the competition is offering that’s
similar?

7. Do you know the prices?
