Many business owners in the Upper Albany area including Walnut street and Garden street must deal with business disruption. There is no relief for these business owners  in site and city officials are not address the issues at hand. As the picture indicate there are times when the business is suffering from a direction action of construction that is happening right in front of their businesses.
