After 31 Years of service to the University of Hartford, Professor Margery Steinberg is retiring from her position as Associate Professor of Marketing at the Barney School of Business. Dr. Steinberg is one of the founders of Upper Albany Main Street through her collaborations with the Upper Albany Merchants Association and the Metro Hartford Alliance.

On Wednesday, May 11th, from 2:00pm to 4:00pm there was a celebration for her achievements at the University of Hartford Barney School. She recieved recognition for her development of the Micro Business Incubator program at UAMS as well as other accolades for her work with other educational institutions and organizations. The amount of effort and dedication to enhancing the University and the Hartford community that Dr. Steinberg has committed over her tenure is beyond words.
